Reasons

1. The Defendant, which indicated the claim, renounced the claim against the Plaintiff (Seoul Central District Court 2016da6772958), and accordingly, revoked the attachment and collection order (Seoul Southern District Court 17TTTTT4749) that caused the distribution procedure of this case.
