1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 160,692,519 and the amount of KRW 82,216,923 among them, from November 6, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on September 1, 2010, lent a loan of KRW 245 million to the Defendant at the interest rate of 6.8% per annum, 18% per annum, and due date of repayment as of August 31, 2013. As such, the Plaintiff seeking reimbursement of the principal and interest of the loan (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
