A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. (1) On February 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophones with a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “philophone”) and a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.35g of philophones in front of the D University located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) purchased philophones with a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.35g of psychotropic drugs.
(2) On March 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased a philopon with a cash of KRW 100,000,000 and a philopon with approximately 0.1g of philopon at the same place at the same time.
B. At around 18:00 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 3.50,000 from G to a post office in the name of the Defendant; and (b) sold a one of the phiphones with approximately 0.35 g of phiphones purchased and possessed, as described in paragraph (1) above, to the above G.
C. (1) On February 14, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones in a limited-type toilet near the aftermath of the D University, including tap water in a single-use injection machine purchased as of the above paragraph (1) and 0.1g of philophones, dilution the philophones, and injection the philophones into the bloodline, such as the Defendant’s right hand hand, and administered philophones.
(2) On March 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) within the limited-type toilets near the front door of the D University at the low time; (b) contained water in a disposable injection machine with approximately 0.1g of philopon purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (2) and injected the philopon; and (c) injected the philopon with the Defendant’s right hand, etc., and administered the philopon.
2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;
A. The Defendant receiving marijuana: (a) around October 201 to November 201, 201, entered the hemp bag located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) the hemp bag contained in the letter bag from the said G.
