1. Defendant A case: Imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act (competence) declared on October 31, 2012 by the Seoul Eastern District Court: The termination of the execution of sentence on October 29, 2013 by the Hongsung Prison;

2. Defendant B
A. On April 2016, upon receipt of a request from F outside the public prosecution to request writingphones from F, the Defendant received approximately 1g of writingphones from I on the street in the vicinity of H University located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day, and delivered approximately 1g of the said writingphones to F in the cargo vehicle operated by F in front of the “K Hanwon” located in the Guri-siJ on the same day, and received the writingphones by delivering approximately 1g of the said writingphones to F on the same day.
B. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant issued approximately 0.2 g of philopon to A and purchased and sold philopon with payment of KRW 150,000,000.

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant issued approximately 0.5g philopon to A in front of L in Guluri-si D and received KRW 2.30,000 to trade philopon.

On June 5, 2016, the Defendant issued approximately 0.5g philopon to A in front of the above Lon, and received a payment of KRW 180,000 to trade philopon.
