1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,184,450 as well as 9% per annum from June 17, 2020 to July 24, 2020.

Reasons

1. It is as shown in the reasons for the claim indicated in the separate sheet indicating the claim (Provided, That the creditor and the debtor are deemed the plaintiff and the defendant). 2. Confession (Article 208 subparagraph 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order and did not appear on the date for pleading, and therefore, it is deemed that the plaintiff led to the confession of the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
