1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 50,525,00 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from March 14, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.” The Plaintiff corrected his/her claim on delay damages in the purport of the claim as stated in the disposition.
