around 21:20 on November 2, 2013, the Defendant driven an observer car without a driver’s license from the front day of the Hansan-dong funeral hall located in the Dong-dong Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-

1. Around 01:40 on March 4, 2014, the Defendant driven an observer car without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 100 meters section from the front of the blue Tri Road located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu to the front side of the 28-lane Gyeongpo-ro.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on March 4, 2014, the Defendant operated the E-Engine that did not subscribe to mandatory insurance, such as Paragraph 1, at around 01:40.

Around 00:20 on May 19, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.07% without a vehicle driver’s license, driven an observer vehicle at the entrance of the Gangseo-gu Suwon-gu Suwon-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, and continuously driven the said vehicle from 05:25 to 05:40 on the same day without a vehicle driver’s license, from the entrance of the Gangseo-gu, Yangwon-gun, Yangwon-gun, Yangwon-gun.
