1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service on the part of the defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

At around 17:20 on September 11, 2018, the Defendant driven the above Oba, and led to the C’s intersection in front of the D, which is located in Incheon City, to the central intersection from the north of the oil station.

Since there was a road on which a crosswalk is installed, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk in front of the crosswalk and to prevent the accident in advance by driving it in front of the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, around 16:00 on November 30, 2017, the Defendant removed the number plate of the JA 110B, which was scheduled to be scrapped using the construction section, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.

3. On November 30, 2017, from around 16:00 to September 17:20, 2018, the Defendant illegally used air defense, attached the J number plate, which was removed as described in paragraph (2), to the CR1105W Hato (K) where the number plate was lost, and instead unlawfully used the registration number plate, which is the air defense, by operating the Otobane.
