Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority from June 29, 2013 to August 2, 2013, run a juvenile game providing business, such as raising KRW 20,000 won per day against many and unspecified people by installing one c convenience store in front of the convenience store in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (CUBE N.5).

2. No one shall provide game products for the distribution or use, the contents of which are different from those classified by the Game Rating Board, or display or keep such products for such purposes;
