The Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as assaulting the victim E (the remaining and 27 years of age) of the guest E (the son) in a singing practice room, voiceing the victim’s chest with the victim’s chests in his/her hands, and cutting the victim’s cell phone in his/her hands, while continuing the act of disturbance at the time and at the place specified in paragraph 1.
