A. The term “Seo-gu Repair Association” was established on March 6, 1952 by the former Joseon Repair Association Order (amended by the Decree No. 2 of July 21, 1917, and repealed by the Enforcement Decree of the Land Improvement Project Act) and was merged into the “Seosan Repair Association” on December 4, 1961, and the name was changed into the “Seosan Land Improvement Association” and the Seosan Land Improvement Association was changed to the “Seosan Farmland Improvement Association”.

The property, claims, and other rights and obligations of the Seosan Farmland Improvement Association were transferred to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Law No. 5799 on February 5, 199) on January 1, 200.

After that, the name of the Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation was changed to the Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation, and the Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation to the plaintiff.

B. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant lands”) is the site of “defluence reservoir” which was completed around 1958 by the Seocho Repair Association.

C. On April 5, 1957, the land listed in [Attachment 1 and 2] was first registered in the name of the Defendant, and was registered in the name of the Defendant on November 29, 1986.

With respect to the land listed in the list 3, the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of the Joseon General on October 20, 1943, and the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of the defendant on September 9, 1991.

On April 15, 1943, the registration of transfer of ownership was made in the name of Joseon General Colon on the land stated in the list 4, and on June 4, 2003, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of the defendant.

On May 20, 1921, the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of Nonparty A with respect to the land listed in the list 5, and on September 11, 1948, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of the defendant on June 27, 1992.

The plaintiff manages the land of this case since January 12, 1970 until then.
