[Criminal Power] On August 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on May 31, 2014, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Crimes committed on September 19, 2015;

A. On September 19, 2015, the Defendant, at around 12:20 on September 19, 2015, had been aware of the victim D (68 years of age) who was living in the penthouse of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul building C, and was living in the house leased by E, and went into the house through the entrance door, which was opened for the purpose of assaulting the said victim, and continued to interfere with the said victim by entering the house through the entrance door, where he was opened for the purpose of assaulting the said victim, and, on the other hand, the said victim “E went anywhere, and the gue, which is not the delivery of the owner of the house, went into the house, is coming into the south of the south.”

2. The crime committed on October 11, 2015;

A. On October 11, 2015, around 09:00 on October 11, 2015, the Defendant entering a residence came into the victim G’s residence located in the rooftop bank of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building, and, on the other hand, came into the said penthouse without obtaining the said victim’s permission.

B. The Defendant, at around 10:35 of the foregoing day, shall be the Defendant 2-A.
