On November 30, 2017, the Defendant rendered a final decision against the Plaintiff on the amount of each litigation cost under the Supreme Court Decision 2017Kao-Ma50026, 2017Kao-5028, and the same court Decision 2017Kao-5042, supra, on March 5, 2018.

On August 29, 2018, the Plaintiff deposited each of the above decisions in gold No. 956 of this Court in the entirety with the Defendant as the principal deposit.

Therefore, since all obligations based on each of the above decisions against the defendant have ceased to exist, compulsory execution based on each of the above decisions against the plaintiff should be denied.
