Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2017 High 504" is an employer who operates "D Mart" jointly with six full-time workers on the first floor of the Gu building B and Ansan-si, Masan-si.
The Defendant conspired with B on April 27, 2015 to June 6, 2015, total of 300,000 won for E workers retired from office ( = KRW 500,000,000 on May 2, 2015 to KRW 500,00) and KRW 3 million (=20,000 on May 8, 2015 to KRW 9,00 on July 11, 2015 to KRW 20,000 on total of wages of workers retired from office ( = KRW 2,25,810 on July 25, 2015; KRW 74,190 on August 7, 2015); KRW 98,00 on August 7, 2015 to KRW 98,00 on workers retired from office, KRW 95,000 on July 18, 2015 to KRW 98,36.7,205).
The defendant 2017 is an employer who has operated D Mart in the Gu of Ansan-si, Ansan-si with B.
When an employee retires, the employer shall pay him/her wages within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant worked at the same workplace from November 30, 2015 to December 12, 2015, and did not pay the total of KRW 14,034,700,000 to the employees who retired from the workplace within 14 days from the date of retirement, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including KRW 967,00 on December 2, 2015.
