1. The defendant is based on the sale on January 2, 2006 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.
1. On January 2, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase each real estate listed in the separate sheet within the land transaction permission zone from the Defendant for the purchase price of 15 million won.
However, since the designation of land transaction permission zone was cancelled on January 30, 2009 for each real estate listed in the attached list, the above sale contract became effective definitely.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on January 2, 2006 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.
2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
