A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The seized No. 1 (one tobacco pipe) shall be from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
No person of 2018 shall dump wastes in any place other than those prepared by a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, or a person who manages facilities, such as a park or road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) from November 9, 2017 to November 11, 201 of the same month, leased from C, the Defendant used approximately 168 tons of mixed wastes, such as waste, waste polyscape, etc.; (b) from November 14, 2017 to November 21, 2017; (c) from January 14, 2018 to January 17, 2018, the mixed wastes of approximately 324 tons of mixed wastes in the foregoing D; and (d) from January 26, 2018 to January 17, 2018 of the same month, the Defendant used the mixed wastes of approximately 1201.3 tons of waste, such as waste synthetic resin, and construction wastes, from the Gyeonggi-do’s territory, to the end of January 28, 2018 to the end of the same month.
Accordingly, the Defendant disposed of industrial wastes in places other than those prepared by the competent authorities for the collection of wastes, respectively.
