However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around November 2010, the Defendant acquired one information technology qualification certificate owned by the victim C, one name card, one new body check card, and one agricultural cooperative cash card in the vicinity of the private distance with the arms, etc. located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, embezzled it on his own idea.

2. From January 25, 2014 to around 09:00 on the 26th of the same month, the Defendant: (a) stolen a FBS car, the victim of which was parked at the same time, in front of the residence of the victim E; (b) in a way that creshs of the victim’s surveillance over the victim’s vehicle, the creshed FBS car, the victim owned.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On January 26, 2014, from around 08:04 to around 08:10 the same day, the Defendant driven a stop vehicle, which was stolen without a driver’s license, from around 1.3km to around 23 1:3km of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. to the front day of 151-3-1, 151-3 of the former Salary Month, without a driver’s license.

B. On February 6, 2014, from around 05:30 to 05:35 the same day, the Defendant driven the said non-owned vehicle without a car driver’s license, from around 1.1km to around 208, 1.1km in the south-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 151-ro 23 to the same center 4-ro 208-ro.

C. On February 6, 2014, from around 15:30 to 15:36 the same day, the Defendant driven the said non-owned vehicle at a 1km section without a car driver’s license from the center of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-ro 208, the center of the city of Ulsan-gu to around 8, 300 o-ro 30,00.
