The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B rocketing taxi.

On October 17, 2020, the defendant driving the above taxi around 18:30 on October 17, 2020, and led to turn to the left of the D hospital in the direction of the D hospital from the village which is located in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.
