When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On October 28, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I will pay the interest on the 15th day of each month on October 28, 2017 and repay the loan by October 28, 2017,” to the employees by phoneing to a social loan company for the victim’s professional training (referred to as “B”) and receiving a monthly wage.”

However, at the time, the defendant did not work in B but did not have any intention or ability to repay the loan even if he submitted false documents to obtain the loan and received the loan.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim for the same day as the loan, and acquired it by fraud.
