E, as the husband of the victim F (n, 46 years of age) from the beginning of February 2003 to the end of December 2009, E, while serving as the secretary of the D fishing village fraternity, from October 18, 2004 to December 13, 2004, had the members of G fishing village fraternity take 500 to 600 tons of the G fishing village fraternity from October 18, 2004, and had the members of the D fishing village fraternity take 500 to 600 billion tons of the village fraternity, thereby incurring property damage equivalent to 6 to 70 million won.

As a result, D fishing village fraternity was under the direction of the defendant, who is the chief of the fraternity, and the victim's husband's deprivation of qualification and liability for damages, and pressured the victim's husband by filing a civil or criminal lawsuit against the victim's husband.

The Defendant, who was in charge of the general assembly as the head of a fishing village fraternity, was willing to commit an indecent act or rape by finding out a victim who is mixed in the house, or by inducing the victim to commit an indecent act or rape in the vicinity of the her husband’s son’s expulsion and liability for damages, etc.

On January 18, 201 through 11:00 on January 18, 201, the Defendant: (a) within the rest room in front of the victim’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, for the victim’s husband to have worked in D fishing ground and to have forced the victim to commit an indecent act by using the gaps in the victim’s mixed gathering; and (b) the victim’s wife did not seem to have engaged in an indecent act by force; and (c) the victim’s talk “if the victim seems to have fabbling so far as he does not do so, she may be punished for fac, and if so, she may also lose his/her property if he/she is punished, he/she may sufficiently listen to the horses of the fishing village fraternity; and (d) the victim’s belief is not against the husband’s new behavior by threatening the victim’s husband.”
