A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not less than two or seven crimes as provided in the judgment of the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On September 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one-year suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on September 18, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2015.
【Criminal facts】 The Defendant is not the handler of narcotics
1. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted the trade name in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (hereinafter “Liopon”); (b) approximately 0.05 g of Melopon, which is a local mental medicine, into two for a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected it into each body by dilution it with C.
2. On October 21, 2015, the Defendant received and administered opphones from the Defendant’s arms at the Mourel room where it is impossible to identify the trade name located in the Singu in Busan, Sin-gu, Busan, and where it is difficult to identify, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of opphones from D to a single-use injection machine, dilution them with water.
3. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, purchased 1,100,000 won for the purchase of phiphones made by collecting 550,000 won E and E, and sold phiphones in collusion with E by receiving approximately five galphones from D.
4. At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant provided philophones by giving approximately 0.05g of the philophones purchased to C free of charge at the Maurel room where the name of the head office in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown.
5. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased D passenger cars parked in front of the post office located in the Geum-gu Office in Busan Metropolitan City, and (b) purchased 1,100,000 won from E and 550,000 won from D; and (c) purchased 1,100,000 won from D by receiving approximately five gopon from D, in collusion with E.
7. The Defendant, within a passenger car parked at the parking lot located in Ansan-si around 15:00 on November 17, 2015, put approximately 0.1g of the philphone purchased as above into a disposable-use injection machine.
