The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. Around January 19, 2018, the summary of the facts charged was assaulted by the victim D (the age of 28) on the ground that the Defendant was given C with another female and mobile phone at the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Defendant’s house on the part of the Defendant’s cell phone, thereby getting off the victim’s face on the floor by cutting off the victim’s breath in order to recover the Defendant’s cell phone again, and driving off the victim’s face on the floor by drinking, so that he would not leave the victim’s face from the house.
