A. On April 26, 2017, the Plaintiff leased the Plaintiff’s KRW 52,00,000,000 for the lease deposit to the Defendant’s KRW 52,00,00,00 for the lease deposit, and the Plaintiff paid the Defendant KRW 52,00,00 for the lease deposit.

B. The Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the refusal of renewal one month before the expiration of the term of lease under the above lease.

2. According to the facts of the above recognition, the above lease contract has expired on June 16, 2019, and the lessor is obligated to return KRW 52,000,000 to the Plaintiff, who is the lessee.
