On March 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry in the Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's order on October, 201, and the judgment was finalized on April 6, 2016

1. On November 2, 2015, from around 20:00 to 20:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed in money a game machine operated by another person within the “game hall” operated by the victim C (the remaining and 54 years old) located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) the Defendant: (c) included money in the said game machine.

By doing so, it interfered with the victim's game room business by force for about 30 minutes, such as making customers leave the place by making the sound as soon as possible.
