A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Punishment of the crime
On November 3, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Ulsan District Court. On January 10, 2013, the Ulsan District Court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On December 17, 2013, the Jeju District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jeju District Court on March 21, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence by the Jeju Prison on September 22, 2014.
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;
A. On June 11, 2015, at around 09:10, the Defendant driven a e-sports vehicle without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.089%, at approximately 100 meters from the nearest 100 meters away from the roads of “a separate restaurant” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, to the front day of the Korea-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.
B. On June 11, 2015, at around 17:25, the Defendant driven the said benz motor vehicle without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol content 0.166% at a section of approximately 50 meters from the Amph apartment in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front road of the central hospital located in Ulsan-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul-gu, without a driver’s license.
C. On June 11, 2015, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven the said benz vehicle without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 30 meters from the uppermost to the front road of the 35’s 36’s scamben-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan-ro, 67, Ulsan-ro, 36’s 36’s camben-ro, Nam-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant, even though he had a driving force twice or more, was driving the above vehicle without a driver's license of the vehicle in a total of three times under the influence of alcohol.
2. On June 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) around 18:50, the road in the vicinity of the Central Hospital in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-ro 676, Ulsan-ro 35, Ulsan-ro 676.
