A. The Plaintiff, as of July 17, 2012, had a claim for a loan of KRW 1,065,782,114 (principal interest of KRW 992,00,00,00) as of KRW 73,782,114 (the principal interest of KRW 73,782,114) against C (hereinafter “C”). On January 22, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court 2013Kadan32932, the Plaintiff provisionally attached the claim for the above loan of KRW 1,065,782,114 against the obligor C’s garnishee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Pamp Korea”).

B. The Defendant received C’s order of seizure and collection of the claim against C’s third obligor C with respect to the claim against C’s third obligor Korea based on the executory order of payment for loans in Seoul Northern District Court 2013 tea6895,00 won based on the executory order of payment for loans in Seoul Northern District Court 2013 tea6895.

The Pamp Korea deposited 403,658,166 won in the above court as Seoul Northern District Court No. 4500 in 2014.

On January 29, 2015, the Seoul Northern District Court started the distribution procedure as to the above deposit, and the execution court prepared a distribution schedule with the content of allocating KRW 403,611,316 as follows (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”).
