2. The Defendant rendered a disposition of business suspension for six months against the Plaintiff on February 16, 2012.

Where repayment of agreed amount is made within four days before the due date of repayment of each installment, repayment of agreed amount to be made on the date of repayment shall be made immediately after the due date of repayment, and in such cases, the interest shall be calculated by the date of actual repayment.

However, debtors may at any time repay all or part of the loans without additional burden, and in such cases, the amount of voluntary repayment shall be appropriated for the repayment of the balance of the loans at that time.

5.* The full text of the contract: the contract date, the date of contract completion, the number of repayment dates and the frequency of repayment, the method of repayment (division of principal and interest on equal installments), the limit of loan amount, the amount of initial use, etc. shall be delayed on more than two consecutive occasions, and the debtor shall lose the benefit of time in case the amount exceeds 10% of the loan amount. Article 8 (Period of Contract): The effective period of this contract shall be five years from the date of conclusion of the contract, and the balance of the obligation arising from the expiration of the contract period shall be paid in full on the day.
