From May 19, 2017 to October 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) leased 1204, 1605, and 1608 Seo-gu Seo-gu Btel 1204, 1605, and 1608; (b) publicized that the Defendant is a commercial sex business establishment in the name of “D”, “E”, etc.; (c) hired women, such as G, H, and I, by using the job offer site, such as “F,” and made them waiting for the said officetel; and (d) received 150,000 won from men, such as J, K, and L, who were found to find the said Internet advertisement and received 150,000 won for the price of sexual sex trafficking, and led women, such as G, to enter into the said room, and had them sexual intercourse with men, such as J.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
