In around 2012, the Defendant: (a) even though Company D did not purchase Jeju-do E site; (b) although Company D purchased Jeju-do E site and carried out development projects; and (c) F, which has been related for 16 years, was introduced as the representative of the Company, to the investors and was in charge of receiving investments from investors, as if it had been attracting foreign capital in the Philippines.

On November 2014, the Defendant received a copy of a counterfeited high-priced bill-type check from F in the Philippines, and brought it into the Republic of Korea, and presented it to investors as if it had induced foreign capital related to the construction of the shopping mall in Jeju-do, Jeju-do.

F On November 17, 2014, according to the above public offering, the Defendant opened an agricultural bank account to G other than the Defendant and sent the documents in which bank information was written by e-mail. G opened a passbook from NA employee H on November 18, 2014, and sent the documents in which the bank information was written, to F. F, using the said G’s personal information and the name of H employee H who opened the passbook, and F forged a check as if the bank issued an expensive bill-type check to G on November 3, 2014, using the name of the said G’s personnel and the name of H employee H who opened the passbook, thereby creating a letter of undertaking on November 3, 2014 to verify that the said check was valid.

1. No money, bonds or securities in violation of the Customs Duties Act shall be imported as counterfeited, altered or copied goods by importation of prohibited items;

On December 4, 2014, upon completion of the preparation, such as a forged check and a letter of undertaking under the name of the Edunes Bank, the Defendant instructed G to accept from F a copy of the above bill-type check and a letter of undertaking, and G to enter the Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal on December 4, 2014, as the Incheon Jung-gu Airport Airport 271.
