2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On June 10, 2010, when Plaintiff A and Defendant D were enrolled in Fmiddle School, Plaintiff A and Defendant D had their body fighting fighted with each other in the front corridor of F Middle School 3 and 10th class.

In the process of the fighting, the plaintiff A suffered injuries, such as the snow on the left side and the floor frame, due to assault from the defendant D.

C. On July 1, 2010, Defendant E transferred KRW 3,000,000 to the Plaintiff’s account as damages for the instant accident.

On August 10, 2011, Defendant E prepared and delivered a written pledge of the following contents to Plaintiff B:

2. The parties' assertion

A. Due to the instant accident involving the Plaintiff’s claim 1 king medical expenses, the Plaintiff A suffered bodily injury from the body of the bones and the left eye and the body of the body of the Plaintiff.

A The representative of the plaintiffs 5,710,440 won for the aforementioned injury filed a claim for the addition of KRW 290,50 for the purchase cost of the king in the preparatory document dated December 8, 2015, and KRW 5,710 for the king treatment cost.
