When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means;

Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on April 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at an emergency room of “C Hospital” located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) obstructed the treatment of emergency medical personnel for emergency medical personnel by force for about 15 minutes, such as 119 emergency cases where the nurse D (hereinafter “the age of 24”) intended to put in injection in the Defendant’s arms, and expressed bit-RY at a large voice; and (c) x-AY was taken in the said emergency room; and (d) continued to have taken the X-RY again in the said emergency room; and (d) sound “C Hospital . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . .. . . .. . . .. . .. f. . .

The Defendant, at around 16:55 on the same day, was in the emergency room of the above C Hospital at around 16:55, and at around 15 minutes, the Defendant 15 minutes of the victim F (the age of 27) who was an employee of the said C Hospital, was able to take back the Defendant in the future and to petition the Defendant, and explain the hospital expenses. If the Defendant received hospital expenses, the Defendant 27 years of age was able to take off the part of the victim’s neck in his hand, cut down the victim’s face, cut down the victim’s face, and spat down the victim’s face, and she took a large voice.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim, and interfered with the victim's duty of care in the hospital by force.
