1. Around October 22, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving on the road in front of the school nature park in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, under the influence of alcohol of about 0.132% of the blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license at the section of approximately 2km from the front of the school nature park in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the front of the road in front of the school nature of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the road in front of the Simnsan-gu Newdong.
