A. From around 2012, the Defendant practically operated F of the Company F with Limited Liability (hereinafter “F”) as a sales agent company from around 2012.

On November 28, 2014, the Defendant, in relation to a housing reconstruction and improvement project for G apartment units in the old-si city (hereinafter “instant project”), shall be paid KRW 1.618,50,000,000 as sales agency fees to the victims, as the president of H and construction project association for the victims G apartment reconstruction and improvement project (hereinafter “instant association”), the president of H and construction project association for the victims’ G apartment reconstruction and improvement project (hereinafter “instant association”).

“The sales agency contract of this case” (hereinafter “the sales agency contract of this case”) was concluded.
