The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged, and there were no errors in violation of the principle of logic and experience or the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or in misapprehension of relevant legal principles, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
