A. On September 30, 2002 and September 14, 2005, the Defendant and B sold the forest and field D, including the Hansi-si area, to C. The Defendant and B sold the land from the Defendant and B as the seller, with 59 unit numbers attached thereto, and sold the land from them as the unit housing complex. In the sales contract, the sales contract indicate that the E company in charge is the seller’s agent. The key contents of the sale contract include “the area subject to sale is the exclusive use area, the service area, the service area, and the public facilities. The area of the public facilities is the site planned, such as the road, club house site, the management house site, the land for golf practice range, the sperm site, the water tank, and the site for entry road site (Article 13). The co-owned facilities are based on the condition of the facilities at the time of the contract (Article 12) and the buyer bears the seller’s duty to transfer the intermediate payment and the remainder of the sale price.”

B. The Plaintiffs and F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, and P concluded a sales contract under the name of the Defendant and B with respect to each of the relevant dates (as of January 17, 2005, L, and M, September 25, 2003; as of October 2002, each of the Plaintiffs and persons other than the above J, L, and M) on the same content as above, 55 lots of land (a total of 35,843 square meters) out of 59 square meters of land (a total of 35,843 square meters of exclusive-use area) and its public area, service area and public facilities, and the sales contract under the name of the seller and the Defendant with respect to the seller.

The plaintiffs paid the purchase price in full pursuant to the instant sales contract, and the defendant directly sold the purchase price to the plaintiffs, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the future with respect to the whole portion [the area is the molecule area among the shares listed in the “shares” column in attached Table 55.
