1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,00,000 and KRW 2,000 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 30% per annum from May 30, 2007 to July 14, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

The partial dismissal of an agreement is null and void within the extent exceeding 25% per annum, which is the highest interest rate prescribed by the foregoing Act, due to the amendment of the Interest Limitation Act, and from July 15, 2014. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of interest exceeding this limit is dismissed.
