1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 13, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Although the judgment in favor of the Plaintiff became final and conclusive with respect to the claim for loans between the Defendant for the indication of the claim and the original Defendant for the indication of the claim, the claim is filed for the extension of the prescription period due to the imminent expiration of the statute of limitations.
