Judgment by deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendant served a written complaint and presented a formal written reply demanding the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim on October 17, 2014, and did not otherwise give any substantive reply until the closing of the argument in the instant case, and thus, deemed that the Plaintiff led to the confession of the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
