A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, as to the Defendants, each objection is made against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A (hereinafter “2017 Height 132”) promises from around 2012 to receive KRW 3 million per month from the “F required point of view” located in Seosan-si E, and is a person who has managed the said establishment by promising to work as a marina.

At around 02:40 on January 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from the customer G as a chemical agent; and (b) assisted employees H to engage in sexual intercourse with the said customer under Article 208 of the Ith Youth 208, which is adjacent to the said main place; (c) and (d) allowed many unspecified customers and employees to engage in sexual intercourse from February 5, 2013 to February 10, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B (the 2017 Highest 415) / [criminal records] The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million on February 27, 2008 with the charge of violating the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic, Etc. at the Daejeon District Court’s Support on February 27, 2008. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 28, 2016 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 28, 2016.

[2] The Defendant, from October 1, 2008, operated the “F required point” located in E from the point of debate, and from around 2012 to around 3 million won per month, had A manage the site of the business site while working as a marina.

On February 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arranged sexual traffic in order to receive 200,000 won from a person under the name of his or her customer under the name of a third party; and (b) allowed employeesJ to engage in sexual intercourse from February 10, 2016 to February 10, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with A to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
