Around July 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received criminal complaint from the victim C from July 10, 2013 to July 7, 2014 on “the act of assaulting and injuring the victim C three times from July 10, 2013; and (b) was prosecuted by non-detained at the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor’s Office on July 29, 2014; (c) received judgment from the victim C, the Defendant requested the victim C several times from August 10, 2014 to September 7, 2014, but rejected the complaint.

On September 7, 2014, the Defendant filed a complaint with the victim C differently from the fact, rejected the conversation with the victim even after the complaint, and did not revoke the complaint. As such, the Defendant attempted the dialogue with the victim C with gasoline and gas storer with the victim’s house as if the victim C were to find it bad, and attempted to talk with the female and, if that was, put the victim C’s house.

1. On September 7, 2014, at around 17:00 on September 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a soup and a gas store with one set at his house located in Gwangju Northern-gu D apartment 101; (b) purchased gasoline 3 liters in the nearby gas station and put them up in a soup box.

On September 7, 2014, at around 18:25, the Defendant: (a) filed soup a soup and a gas storer, including gasoline prepared to give fire; and (b) found D apartment at the victim C’s house located in D apartment 103 units.

Accordingly, the Defendant prepared fire prevention for the purpose of setting fire to and burns the existing structure of the victim.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) the Defendant filed a complaint against himself/herself differently from the facts, and, even after the complaint, he/she refuses to communicate with himself/herself and does not revoke the complaint.
