A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On April 19, 2013, the Defendant entered China for tourism purposes and is currently being illegally staying in Korea, and is a person engaging in driving Cone Star passenger car.
On February 24, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle from around 00:50, the Defendant driven the said motor vehicle, and turn to the left at about 60 km each hour from the direction of the present studal of the sub-section 40km from the direction of the studal of the Seosung-gu Daejeon Seo-gu to the studal of the World Cup stadium games.
