Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the driver of a two-wheeled vehicle C750cc, and the driver of a two-wheeled vehicle, other than an emergency motor vehicle, is prohibited from driving the motor vehicle on October 5, 2015. On October 5, 2015, the Defendant driven the said two-wheeled vehicle, other than an emergency motor vehicle, from the new ICT inside the main road to the old IC.
