When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On June 30, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.108% among the blood transfusion around 01:29, the Defendant driven a B-motor vehicle within approximately 3km from the roads adjacent to the main road of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the roads adjacent to the same Dong-dong 450-ro.
