1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Contract based on a contract for basic fact-finding sales. Of 60% (384,00,000 won) of the sale price (641,180,000 won) is scheduled to be set out in the apartment of this case. Of the down payment of KRW 13,000,000, KRW 12,000 shall be paid at the time of the contract, and the remainder of KRW 12,000,000 shall be remitted to the account of 105-105-723-98, 200 until October 31, 2011.
C On May 11, 2009, on which the registration of initial ownership was completed with respect to the apartment as indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant apartment”). On May 11, 2009, the Plaintiff sold the said apartment in lots at KRW 641,180,000 (hereinafter “sale in lots”). On October 29, 201, the Plaintiff leased the said apartment from C with the lease deposit amount of KRW 135,000,000, and the lease term of the apartment from November 30, 201 to November 29, 2013 (hereinafter “lease”). The terms and conditions of the said lease agreement are as follows.
B. At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, Defendant B, a licensed real estate agent, who opened and operated the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, arranged the said lease agreement, and the Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) under the mutual aid agreement concluded on April 5, 201 with Defendant B (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”) and concluded on April 5, 201, Defendant B was liable to compensate the parties to a transaction for damage to property by intention or negligence during the commission of brokerage between April 5, 201 and April 4, 2012.
C. On November 30, 201, the Plaintiff paid all the instant lease deposit to C pursuant to the instant lease agreement, and thereafter acquired the instant apartment from C and possessed it up to now.
C In accordance with the instant sales contract, the Incheon District Court Branch Kimpo-si, Kimpo-so completed the registration of ownership transfer as of January 30, 2012, and the stock company.
