1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 27, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
