A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months, and by a fine of four million won, respectively.

Defendant

B does not pay the above fine.

1. Defendant A

A. From 10:00 on June 10, 2018 to 10:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven a DNA 5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.4 km from the section of about 10.4 km to 0.146% while under the influence of alcohol.

B. On October 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution on June 2, 2016, for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court. The Defendant was under the suspension of the execution, which became final and conclusive on November 2, 2016.

At around 10:30 on June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) deemed that a driver was under the influence of alcohol at the speed of 0.146% in front of the Central Expressway south-si, which is located on the 35th Dolju-si-si, and that a driver was under the influence of alcohol at the speed of 0.146% in a blood alcohol level; (b) as the above paragraph (a), the Defendant: (c) was aware that a driver was under the control of alcohol in order to prevent traffic accidents; (d) when the driver was aware of the fact of driving without a drinking license, the Defendant would be subject to the suspension of the above suspension of the execution or the detention of the driver; and (e) “A person who was under the influence of the driver at once, was under the restraint of the driver at the speed of 20 meters prior to the control place; and (e) a person who was under the influence of the driver at the speed of the police; and (e) a person who was under the influence of the driver at the bar.”

B made a false statement as required by the Defendant, and made a false statement to the slope G at the control site. On June 23, 2018, at around 19:22, the police officer in charge was investigated at the Gangwon Chuncheon Police Station guard and H office located in Chuncheon-ro 61, Chuncheon-ro, Chuncheon-ro, and on June 23, 2018.
