[criminal history] On August 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor and four months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Suwon Gan prison on the ground of larceny. On October 15, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts] 2018 Highest 1455

1. From the end of June 2018 to the end of July 4, 2018, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s house in Pyeongtaek-si C management with the knowledge that the person was not frequently exposed to the house in Pyeongtaek-si (hereinafter “C”), and entering the house above the fence for himself/herself.

2. Night-time theft;

A. On July 5, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant invaded the victim E’s residence on Pyeongtaek-si D, and the first floor via the gate and windows that were not corrected to the living room, and cut off the victim’s market value with one of the middle and long-term street North Korea equivalent to KRW 300,000,000.

B. On July 2018, the Defendant infringed on the victim G on the end of the end of the end of the 23:00 square, the victim G in Pyeongtaek F, or the first floor of the end of the 2018, through the window not corrected, and had been in the west.

G's mother victim H, 50,000 won in cash, which was owned by G, was stolen.

3. On August 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded upon residence; (b) opened an unrect warehouse at the victim J’s residence located in Pyeongtaek-si around 09:00; (c) intruded into the unrectible warehouse; and (d) cut back with the unrectible clothes and 2,000 won-factored facings in the market price, which is owned by J’s Victim K; and (b)

From August 6, 2018 to August 20, 2018, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 500,000,000,000 in total amount of KRW 1,807,50,000, in total, from around 12:20 to August 20, 2018, the Defendant used the victim N in MPC located in Pyeongtaek-si L, with one wallet in cash, the victim’s identity card, and 800,000,000,000, on which the card was included, as indicated in the list of crimes.
