A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:10 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving, without a driver’s license, driven a car from the 1km section from the road located in Jeju-si B to the D Hospital parking lot located in Jeju-si C.
2. He/she shall not operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;
Nevertheless, at around 13:10 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant operated the said Etemea car without mandatory insurance from the front of Jeju City to the D Hospital parking lot located in Jeju City, as above.
On December 21, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On March 22, 2018, the Jeju District Court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. on March 30, 2018, but the judgment was finalized on July 3, 2018 at the appellate court upon receipt of a decision to recover the right to appeal on November 22, 2018 and on November 30, 2018.
On May 7, 2018, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a J-run car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.082%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 200 meters from the front of “G” Y in Jeju Island to the first road in the Jeju Island.
The defendant of "2018 Highest 2689" is a holder of a motor vehicle E themegain.
Although the owner of a motor vehicle is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the defendant, at around 23:09 on August 15, 2018, operated the motor vehicle by allowing the sale of the motor vehicle in his/her name-free used cars to drive the motor vehicle without mandatory insurance on the road front of the former North Korea-gun, North Korea-gun, and at around 23:13 on the same day.
