1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,762,320 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,762,320 won with interest rate of 15% per annum from September 29, 2017 to the date of full payment, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
