1. The remainder, which is the amount calculated by deducting the auction cost from the proceeds of the sale, by selling it to an auction to the 111m2 in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Northbuk-gun.

Reasons

The fact that Plaintiff 1/3 and Defendant 2/3 owned the instant land as shares of Plaintiff 1/3 and Defendant 2/3 (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) in Gyeongbuk-gun, Northbuk-do, is not a dispute between the parties, and there is no agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant regarding the method of partition of the instant land. As at the last date of pleading of the instant case, both the Plaintiff and the Defendant want to divide by auction, it is so decided as per Disposition.
